Fondant is sugar dough.  I make my own marshmallow fondant from scratch.  It tastes like...well, marshmallows!  It creates a sleek modern look and opens up design possibilites.

These make GREAT gifts!  They come in sizes of 6 to 24 cookies or cupcakes.  Cookie bouquets are presented in a box with tissue wrap.  Cupcake bouquets come in a terra cotta pot!

Cake Truffles - $8/doz. [3 dozen minimum]

Cake truffles are a delicious blend of cake, cream, & chocolate in truffle form.  Great to add to a birthday cake or as a wedding favor.

Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate
Dipped Straberries - $18/doz.

Choice strawberries stuffed with homemade cheesecake filling and dipped in fine milk, dark, or white chocolate. 

Bride & Groom Strawberries - $18/doz.

Choice strawberries dipped in milk & white chocolate to look like tuxedos and gowns.  Once dipped, they are completed with hand piping.  Cute for wedding favors or table decor.

Chocolate Mints - $0.25/ea. (5 dozen minimum)

Cream Cheese Mints - $0.25/ea. (5 dozen minimum)

 Down Payment

25% of quoted cake price is required at the time of booking.  This deposit is nonrefundable.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 7 days from date of event.  If payment or contact is not made at this time, I will be unable to deliver the cake.

Delivery

Delivery for local (within a 15 mile radius) is $10.  This includes delivery and setup.  Delivery outside of a 15 mile radius will be $10 with an additional $1/mile for travel.

Cake cutting & serving is available for $7.50/hour.

Additional information is included in my contract.
